Counseling, Mediation, and Consultation
These services are currently available free of charge.
I offer up to 30 minutes of free telephone consultation per person. Consultation calls are taken on a first-come-first-served basis between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays, at (217)352-8502. At other times, leave a message at this same number, including your name, telephone number, and times during which you are available by phone, and I will call you back. I generally return calls throughout the day, as I have available time, and in the approximate order in which they're received. If you have a potentially life-threatening emergency, please do not expect to resolve it by consultation, and do not wait for a return call. Either call "911" or go to a hospital emergency room for more appropriate services. No appointment is necessary for your consultation, however all services beyond your initial consultation are by appointment only.
